The following fifty plus images were taken and enhanced for the collaborative book written by Christopher Conlon and illustrated by Roberta Lannes-Sealey. The images illustrate the tone and mood of the long poem and aren’t intended to reference specific moments in the story or sections of text, though occasionally they may. The long poem is a deeply touching tale of loved ones returning after death to those who will be most impacted by their return. While it is easy to see characters who rise from their graves as zombies in the classic horror monster stereotype, the story is much more about relationships, guilt, regret, and loss.
